Logistics platform for resellers

The Resellers Panel hero

The Resellers Panel is the platform that organizes the distribution of ranges (blocks of numbered physical lottery tickets) between resellers, delivery riders, coordinators, and managers at Viva Sorte.

The platform replaced a fully manual and fragmented operation at EDJ Digital, where more than 3,000 people coordinated through WhatsApp. Each range passes through several hands before reaching the end consumer, and none of those handoffs were recorded. The goal was to give management full visibility over an operation that previously had none.

Turning a manual operation into a traceable system.

A range is a block of numbered tickets that passes through coordinators, delivery riders, and resellers before reaching the end consumer. None of this was recorded: more than 3,000 people coordinated through private conversations, and no one could say where the ticket ranges were.

Four operational realities, one coherent platform, three thousand people served.

We structured a permission hierarchy in which each level inherits a progressively narrower scope: managers see the full network, coordinators see their teams, resellers see their own results. A single mental model, instead of four products to maintain. The delivery rider was intentionally left out of this logic. They don't need less of a panel — they need something different: route, delivery, and confirmation. A dedicated flow prevented a screen full of useless information for someone working in the field.

A single place for an operation that never had one.

The platform was deployed and replaced WhatsApp coordination with a traceable, role-based workflow. For the first time, management can answer where each range is and who received it — a question that previously required calling someone. The network served has more than 3,000 people.

Final design 2

EDJ Digital is the technology company behind Viva Sorte's products, which sells physical lottery tickets. Before this platform, more than 3,000 people coordinated distribution entirely through WhatsApp and manual processes, with no record, no traceability, and no visibility for management.

Key challenges we faced:

  • No operational visibility: for management across the entire distribution network.
  • Untraceable problems: due to the absence of any digital record.
  • Four completely different user profiles: needing to coexist in a single product.

Our goal was to:

  • Centralized control: give management real-time visibility over the entire distribution operation.
  • Structured logistics: replace fragmented communication with a traceable, role-based workflow.
  • Role clarity: create distinct experiences for each user type without overcomplicating the system.
