The Resellers Panel is a platform built for EDJ Digital that centralizes the distribution and tracking of lottery tickets, organizing the logistics flow between resellers, delivery riders, coordinators, and managers in a single system.

The platform was designed to replace a fully manual and fragmented operation at EDJ Digital. It brings together resellers, delivery riders, coordinators, and managers into a single environment — making it possible to track distributions, monitor performance, and identify operational issues in real time. The goal was to give the company's managers full visibility over an operation that previously had none.

Before this platform, 3,000+ people ran the entire operation through WhatsApp — no visibility, no structure, no way to trace problems. The CTO identified the bottleneck and brought the challenge to the design team.

Four different realities, one coherent platform, three thousand people served.

The solution was a permission hierarchy where each level sees exactly what it needs to do their job. Distributors, coordinators, and resellers inherit progressively less scope, while Delivery Riders got a dedicated flow for routes and confirmations. The result is a single, structured platform where managers control the whole operation, coordinators track their teams, resellers monitor their own results, and delivery riders stay focused on what matters in the field.

A single place for an operation that never had one.

The platform gave EDJ Digital something it never had before: full operational visibility. 3,000+ people across the network — managers, coordinators, resellers, and delivery riders — now work from a single structured system, replacing fragmented communication with traceable, role-based workflows.

Before this platform, 3,000+ people in the EDJ Digital operation coordinated entirely through WhatsApp and manual processes. The company's managers had no visibility over what was happening in the field, and tracing any problem back to its root was nearly impossible without structured records.

Key challenges we addressed:

  • No operational visibility for managers across the entire distribution network.
  • Untraceable problems due to the absence of any digital record system.
  • Four completely different user profiles needing to coexist in a single product.

We aimed to enable:

  • Centralized control: Give managers real-time visibility over the full distribution operation.
  • Structured logistics: Replace fragmented communication with a traceable, role-based workflow.
  • Role clarity: Design distinct experiences for each user type without overcomplicating the system.
